 A completed membership form and payment must be received to qualify for membership.  To keep track of payments and applications please make sure you fill out the form in its entirety. Include your name and 2024 Membership in the memo section of Zelle payment. If names are not on the memo we do not know who the payment comes from and we can not give you credit for your payment!!!!
